Zoya Ziv and BM-322

I thought Ziv from Zoya was going to be a boring plain gold but it's got little flecks of darker burnished gold glitter. It reminds me of a golden Jessica Champagne Bubbles. I only needed two coats for coverage so no complaints on formula. It did take awhile to dry even with topcoat but Zoya tends to be fussy with drying for me.

Ziv is from the Zoya Ornate Holiday Winter collection and is now available for purchase online.

I decided to stamp over it using Bundle Monster plate BM-322 and Konad blue stamping polish. My stamping skills are rusty!

Color Club Ho-Ho-Holly

Ho-Ho-Holly is a gorgeous polish. Really. It glows even in low light/shade and in the sun it really packs a punch. It's golden and green and shimmery and depending on the light it can be a light green or a darker green. It also has little sparks of gold and blue. A nice surprise from Color Club and very, very pretty.

Jessica Cosmetics Champagne Bubbles

I was going to swatch the complete Jessica Fall 2012 Spicy Dream collection but I actually want to wear them all at least once. I like the brand Jessica and I wish they were more popular. I also wish they were easier to get for most which may explain why they aren't as talked about. The entire Spicy Dream collection is really, really pretty and makes me want snow. SNOW! I can't wait for cold weather.

I decided to wear Champagne Bubbles first because I've been craving lighter colors lately. This is a mix of silver and gold micro-glitter/shimmer. It has a sparkly foil look on the nail and has an antiqued white feel. This reminds me of OPI Designer De Better - they aren't dupes just familiar to each other. Two coats and I found the formula a bit fluffy but not difficult. I like it. It's fresh and clean.

Catrice Forget Me Not

Don't forget about the Essie Luxeffects giveaway!

Ugh! This is such a beautiful, beautiful nail polish. It's vibrant and lush and it glows. If you have the chance to get this polish - do it! Forget Me Not is one of my favorite purple polishes.

Sally Hansen Midnight Sky

Don't forget about the raffle!

I can't remember when Midnight Sky from the Xtreme Wear line was released. I want to say in the fall of 2011 but I'm not 100% sure. It's a stunning graphite grey that is a cross between a foil and a shimmer. It's softer than a black and has a wonderful formula.

Urban Decay AC/DC

Ah, Urban Decay, why don't you put out good nail polishes again? Those mini sets don't count. Hmph! AC/DC is a shimmery purple foil. Wonderful formula. Also, AC/DC is a great band and are even more amazing live. My ears rang for days after seeing them. *sigh* Good times.

Color Club Foils with Red Angel RA-108

I used Color Club Lumin-icecent and added China Glaze Snow Globe for some glimmer. I stamped with Red Angel plate RA-108 using Color Club Cold Metal. The Color Club Foiled collection is really great for stamping.

Jessica Cosmetics Shine On Collection

I'm having a mini moment of lust. Irrational lust but I want both sets of the Marc Jacob gloves and Nars nail polish. You can see them here. I love cashmere and I love Nars polish. Oh the angst. Oh the pain. Oh the price! *sigh*

Anyway.

I enjoy these little light bulb polishes. I have a few from previous holiday collections and they are always glittery and sparkly. These year's collection is just as glitzy as I have come to expect. They are just fun and sometimes that is all that is needed for me.

Superstar is a pale golden blond foil. It also has little sparks of shimmer.

Lucky Star has red hex and red small glitter in a clear base.

Starry Night is an amazing glitter. It reminds me very much of IBD Mystical Sea glitter and Revlon Street Wear FX Green. I love this glitter.

This collection was sent to me for review. It is currently available from Jessica online.

H&M Wawawoom

Beautiful. It a warm goldenish silver foil. Got this in a swap with the lovely owner of sminkan.blogg.se. I don't know what the name means but it reminds me of a chain of stores here that are named Wawa. I love Wawa!

Revlon Girly

Such an interesting polish. It's a cross between a foil and a suede finish. This is from the Edgy Elegance collection. I only needed one coat and top coat doesn't change the finish. I'm enjoying it.

Nars Space Odyssey

Space Odyssey was offered during the recent New York Fashion Night Out event. It is also the Holiday 2011 nail polish offering along with Endless Night. I was lucky enough to find both on Ebay about two months ago. I bought them knowing nothing about them except that they were cheap and I didn't own them. *sniff* I love a happy ending.

Space Odyssey is a shimmery silver foil. Lovely but not unique. A wee bit let down that this is what Nars decided to put out for a holiday color. I would love to see Outremer (the eye shadow) as a nail polish. I think that would be stunning!
