It is. Layering is a great idea. I use Nubar 2010 a lot for that and virtually any glitter polish. Great colour change in the last pic.

I have this on now as a top coat to a holographic glitter gradient using CND Gold Sparkling, ChG Fairy Dust and ChG Nova with ChG Little Drummer Boy as the base colour, and I keep staring at my nails: depending on the light I can see up to three different colours on my nails (teal, blue and purple), which I had no idea I would when I bought it. Suffice to say, I'm in love! :) The CND Effects had me at "Add to Basket" XD

Thank you! It's pretty hypnotic, it was even beautiful in a dark room with just the glow of my laptop screen to illuminate it: it was iridescent purple! :)
