BB Couture Bonnie

I dislike the name of this polish. It made me seriously hesitate in buying it. I have a huge dislike for the romanticizing of criminals and bad people. Actually the whole Infamous Lovers collection annoyed me. Irrational but true.

In my mind this polish is named Isle. It's a lush emerald green jelly with that pinpoint glitter that BB Couture does so well. Stunning. Pity that they went up in price.

Ahhh they annoyed me too.
They were terrible couples, except for Cleopatra and Mark Antony. Carla and Michael are exempt too, because I don't know them folks.

But this one is gorgeous gorgeous. I love BB Couture's signature glitter...I wish they could get their polishes into Ulta, like Zoya is doing.

This color looks amazing! I wish I had seen this sooner because I would have bought the polish back when it came out...now I'll just have to wait until I can think of a few more BB's that I want. :(

I LOVE LOVE this polish. Be lemming for me.

Ulmiel April 6, 2011 at 1:28 PM

*drools* This one is awesome. One of my biggest lemmings in BB department. It sucks SO bad that BB Couture is so hard to get in Europe. :/

Great color! Like a starry night in a galaxy far far away, where the sky is actually deep emerald green...

Haha, what a description, why don't they hire me to produce names for polishes? :)

Kellie - Adam and Eve were terrible because (depending on what you believe) it's their fault that everyone has to suffer and die. Also, Eve couldn't follow simple instructions and got Adam into so much trouble. For his part, Adam threw her under the bus when God was like "hey, why are you guys wearing clothes?" Boo, Adam and Eve!!

And Romeo and Juliet were terrible because they were dumb. Like they had the chance to make decisions, and they would make the stupidest choice every single time. They even died in a stupid way, basically killing each other. Boo, Romeo and Juliet!!

The End. ^_^

I don't really think Bonnie is a stupid name.. I mean there are polishes who have worse names :) But let's talk about the color. Everyone has to admit that this is sooo beautiful! thanks for showing!

Pretty!

HI Krisin: I know the owner who makes BB couture and her company "Overall Beauty Supply" probably didn't think of the name of this gorgoeus polish (other than someone named "Bonnie" who may have something to do with the manufacture of it, LOL I am not sure, I will have to ask her myself. At any rate the color is amazing and it looks so beautiful on your awesome nails, (as they always are) I can't complain at the name at all, LOL :)

Love,

Mc Huggs :)

Such a lovely jelly!

I did say it was irrational to dislike the name. Though I do wonder why they chose those "couples" when there were a number of more positive ones they could have went with. Ah, but it's just polish so no need to get on a soapbox. It is a gorgeous polish!
