Avon Lagoon
This isn't a new Avon color but it caught my eye. It's a frosty/shimmery cornflower blue. It's very soft looking without it being pastel which I like. I don't love it or hate it but it did help me decide if I want Zoya Jo or not. I do.
All is lucid in my bubble.

I'm really not sure how to feel about these type of polishes. When I see them I really like them but when wearing them I take them off asap. Kind of silly - it does look really nice on you. (:
I like the color, but the finish is kind of yucky looking in my opinion. Looks like they should have used less shimmer.
I love this! It looks so pretty! Definitely my type of colour. The frost-shimmer finish is so lovely.
