Zoya Neeka
I think something has changed in my chemistry. I haven't had any drying issues with Zoya lately. I've been using Sally Hansen Insta-Dri and it's been smooth going. That makes me happy. Neeka has a wonderful formula - smooth, creamy and rich. Like ice cream. I like ice cream.
