The topcoats I pulled out were Seche, Orly In a Snap, Nubar Diamont and CND Air Dry (the older version). I used Seche on my index finger, Orly on my middle finger, Nubar on my ring finger and CND on my pinkie. My conclusions are pretty interesting. I got no dulling of the holo effect on any of the polishes with any of the topcoats. They were a bit cloudy when first applied but once everything was dry the holo effect was just as prominent as if I didn't put a topcoat over the polish.
Here are some photos. All of these were taken under my Ott light and I tried to get a good angle (and the same angle) to show the holo with and without a topcoat. I used Nfu-Oh Aqua Base under all of them.
